Carter - 2 Months

Here are some belated photos from Carter's 2 month photo shoot as well as some from his first month for comparison.  It's truly amazing how much he has changed.  I remember the dramatic difference in these first two month with Brooks too.  They lose the swollen, mushy newborn face and begin to get expression and life in their eyes.  He just looks a lot happier too, huh?

Carter weighed 14.7 pounds and measured 24 inches at his 2 month check up which makes him a very big boy.  His thighs are deliciously chunky.  We've taken to calling him Tank.

He met his Uncle H for the first time this month and starting sleeping 7-8 hours at night (knock on wood this does not change!).  He's taken many trips to the park and pool with his big bro and loves snoozing al fresco in his snap n' go.  The first month gassiness and fussiness has subsided giving way to smiles and coos.  Not too shabby for the first two months of life, big man.  Keep up the good work!
