This month went by in a bit of a flash and without a lot of big changes for lil' E. The biggest highlight was that we went to Disney World! Sweet baby Ellie went on EVERY ride strapped to me in the Bjorn. When she wanted to sleep she just passed out sitting up in the carrier. Best sport of all time. Boys had an absolute blast and she just got carried around from place to place with barely any fuss. She got to go in the swimming pool for the first time too at our hotel! She liked it!
Other fun milestones - she started to laugh! Not a full laugh but a short, staccato high pitch cackle. You have to work pretty hard to get it out of her, and Brooks is certainly the best at getting her to do it, but it's the beginnings of a real laugh and it's so sweet to hear. She also rode on the swing set for the first time - we got the Fisher Price red swing Aunt Winnie gave Brooks hung in Kid's Corner and she LOVED it instantly. No warm up period or anything! Just happy joy and a little squeal of delight when she got a hearty push.
She's sleeping great, eating great, fussing minimally... just an all around adorable baby girl. We are so lucky to have this little nugget in our lives!!
